World Day of Rock 'n' Roll (World Rock- n-roll Day) — a holiday like-for which rock and roll was not only the music, but the style and way of life.

In the mid-20th century, shortly after the Second World War, people tried to calm and peaceful life. Shocks no one wanted. A reflection of the public mood was the music of the period — a quiet and sentimental, with a sweet voiced vocals. On the official musical Olympus U.S. promoted the idea to protect wildlife from white culture and black culture to create a respectable image of a respectable American.

Along with the official music in America and lived very different — loud, rhythmic, full of life — a rhythm-and-blues. Russian Rock was born in the Soviet Union during the second half of the 20th century under the influence of Western music.
