4 April celebrates the Day of the webmaster. The date of this festival is chosen by chance: if you look closely, you will notice that the numbers are very similar to 4.04 in its writing a 404 ("page not found"), which has a direct relevance to the webmaster. Webmaster — the profession is quite new, it has only recently emerged, in the age of the Internet. The webmaster, or "managing" the site — is a person engaged in the development of web-site or enterprise application on the Internet.
For the first time the term "webmaster" coined the "forefather" of the Internet Tim Berners-Lee in "Style Guide online hypertext" in 1992.
